Common in the industry today on line is that legitimate EMail will getting trapped in your Spam Folder.
If you find any email there, you must do two things:
- Mark it as Not Spam (could be a little checkbox at the top) by clicking on Not Spam and
- Add the From EMail Address to your contacts.
- Create a Filter for the address. In Gmail, settings, filters, create a new filter, enter the email address (or domain) into the From Field, click create filter with this search, In the box headed When a message arrives that matches this search select Never send it to spam, click on create filter.
For ICIWorld there are potentially four email addresses so you have to check the From Name in the email and add it to your contacts.
